| Absolutely not! We select our product range according to quality not cost. However, because we are a nationwide company, we are able to purchase in high enough quantities to keep the unit costs to a minimum, which we then pass onto our customers. |

| Can you guarantee your prices to be the lowest I’ll find? |
| Not necessarily. We do not supply cheap DIY loft ladders that we consider unsafe or non-durable under any circumstances. However, we do offer a price pledge so, in the unlikely event that you do find a cheaper quote, we’ll endeavour to beat it. |

| How can I be sure your representatives are advising me correctly? |
| All our representatives in the office are required to assist the fitters for the first 3 months to learn all there is to know about our products and services, first hand. |

| Can you assure me that I shall not be sold something that I don’t really need? |
| Absolutely. We do not offer any commission rates to our representatives or fitters. Therefore, whether you order a top of the range ladder or one of our standard models, our employees do not receive any extra financial incentive. |

| Will there be any mess once the fitters leave my home? |
| Not at all, every fitter carries adequate dustsheets to ensure your home is fully protected. Once the work has been completed, the fitters will clear up any stray debris. |

| How long will the work take to complete? |
| That depends; generally, most ladders take between 1 and 2 hours to install. Package deals take between half a day and a full day. Luxury storage rooms normally take around 5 days. |

| Yes, all our products and services are fully guaranteed for 3 years. |

| What is your lead-time? |
| Different areas are busier than others; however, we will try our utmost to get a fitter to you within a week or two of booking, sometimes sooner! |

| Yes, not only is the company fully insured against damage and injury, in addition we insist all our fitters obtain independent public liability cover. |
